One of the machines used by the technicians is the injection moulding machine. At the Cafasse plant, operators handle the moulding process using injection moulding machines ranging from 150 to 3,000 tonnes.
Priming with water-based paint
The priming process is carried out using a special water-based paint (primer), which results in a clean and durable product.
Recycling of waste materials
Once the moulding production processes have been completed, the technicians select the raw materials that can be recycled. In this way, waste plastic will not be thrown away, but recovered and fed back into the production process.
